These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the BackAgain website and services offered by Julius Crutchley (BackAgain), located at 17 Warneford Street, London, Hackney, E9 7NG. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Use of our website and services is prohibited where such use violates any law or regulation.

Account Creation

Certain features of our website may require the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activities or actions under your account.

3. Services Provided

Web Design Packages

We offer tailored and bespoke web design packages. Tailored packages use a similar design to previous clients' sites with customizations for your property, while bespoke packages are fully customized to your specifications.

Booking System Integration

Our services include the integration of a booking system on your website to accept payments. This includes a 0% and 1.8% booking fee and a 1% Stripe transaction fee (+VAT) on all bookings.

Channel Management Setup

We provide integration and management of booking channels, including Booking.com and Airbnb, to streamline your property management.

Marketing and Management Packages

We offer various packages that include website management, SEO-optimized blogs, social media posts, promotional content, referral management, and analytics. Fees related to third-party software used in these services are included in the package price, but any future increases in third-party software fees will be the client's responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

Payments must be made within 21 days of invoice receipt. Delayed payments may incur additional fees.

5. Additional Costs

A 1% Stripe transaction fee (+VAT) applies to bookings made through the integrated booking system. This fee is not related to the payment for our services but will be incurred on each booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website and the services provided, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by BackAgain. Clients own the content on their specific websites, but similar designs will be used for other clients who choose the tailored package.

7. Modifications to Services and Prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

8. Termination and Review

Either party may terminate the contract for failure to fulfill responsibilities. A formal review will be conducted at the end of the 6-month period to decide on the continuation of services.

9. Revisions

Clients are entitled to up to 3 revisions within the initial design setup phase. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
